ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The British Home Market reserves the right, if necessary, at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Any pricing/ selections of seasonal items (Christmas/ Easter) are tentative and subject to re-adjustment once they are finally cleared and received in-house.
Occasionally we are supplied/ship to you a different Christmas Cracker pattern/Easter Egg, whilst we obviously aim not to change orders, sometimes supply limitations/changes by wholesaler force us to do this.
ORDER HANDLING
Orders successfully placed on the Web site for in-stock items will be dispatched no later than 48hours from the point we received the order and payment clearance notification. Large orders may take longer to process and we would contact you by e-mail to notify you of the estimated turnaround.
ORDER STATUS MEANING
Pending: This usually means we are waiting incoming goods (especially seasonal items) or clearance of payment. Do not worry this is quite normal.
Processing: When your order is in this status it means the British Home Market team are keenly gathering together and packaging your order.
Dispatched: Your order has been dispatched to UPS or USPS.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, as listed with your credit card company. Add the 3 digit code on the back right-hand side of your card in the comments box(or 4 digits for American Express). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
We reserve the right to charge you an extra 1% if this code is not provided with your order
