Shipping Information.We ship Monday to Friday via UPS or USPS; the choice is yours. Shipping rates are calculated when an order is placed and is based on the weight of your order and the zip code. Shipping costs are actual charges calculated by UPS or USPS, using their software. Large orders which require multiple boxes, or large boxes shipped UPS services other than Ground, may incur additional shipping and handling charges; we will contact you for approval of costs prior to shipment. All shipments are subject to stock availability. Goods will normally be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment authorisation. Orders received after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.Goods are shipped FOB PDX - we are not responsible for what happens to the package once it is in the hands of the shipper.
UPSIf you supply incorrect/incomplete address information that results in an UPS "address correction" fee ($10)we reserve the right to charge this fee, set by UPS, to your credit card. In the event of any errors in the UPS shipping module we reserve the right to charge you the prevailing rate.

USPSWe now offer this choice of delivery as well as UPS.
We DEFINATELYreccommend USPS Priority mail for all shipments outside the 2-3 day UPS delivery area. This service has been offered to many clients over the past few months and all deliveries arrived within 2 business days.
Please remember UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses. In this case we have to use USPS.
YES we do ship to AFO; this must be shipped USPS and any extra charges/duty incurred are the responsibility of customer. Sorry, we DO NOT ship to Canada anymore.
Shipments during inclement weatherShipments during HOT Summer months or extreme cold weather, especially those containing perishables(chocolates or biscuits): we STRONGLY recommend UPS overnight or 2nd Day OR USPS overnight, and somebody available to accept them on delivery. We cannot be held responsible for melted/ frozen products and UPS/USPS do not accept claims for weather damage. If you are at work during the day consider having the package delivered there.
Hawaii and Alaska: customers in these states must opt for UPS next day or 2nd day or USPS Priority Mail.
PLEASE NOTE: Easter Eggs are extremely fragile. We try our utmost to protect them during shipping but exceptions happen. We are not responsible if any eggs arrive broken. Occassionally we have to exchange one Egg for another of similar value/brand although we try our hardest NOT to have to do this.
We are happy to take orders originating world-wide but we only ship within the USA. Avoid those high overseas shipping charges and let us send it for you from here!
Returns.
Returns must be made within five(5) days of receipt. In order to receive a refund your purchase must be returned with shipping PRE-PAID. All items must be in original packaging, unopened. The original packaging slip must be included. On receipt we will refund your original card for the items, less shipping charges.
CANCELLATION of Orders
Any order cancelled before shipping may be subject to a 10% restocking fee
For health reasons we cannot accept returns of food items.
We strive to take great care with your items but occassionally damage will occur. In this case, it must be reported to UPS and The British Home Market within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Damaged items will be replaced or credit given. Please do not throw out any damaged packaging or items as they may be needed for insurance purposes. Any discrepancies may result in delay or forfeiture of your refund. All returns must be agreed before being sent, along with original packing slip.
